Craig Goldstein
President

Craig Goldstein was appointed as President of Medlogix® effective June 5, 2017 after serving as Chief Operating Officer for 12 years. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, including financial management, information technology, product innovation and business development. He leads a team of professionals in delivering claims management solutions that consistently exceed stakeholder, regulatory and business partner demands. Throughout his tenure at Medlogix®, Mr. Goldstein has been at the forefront of the company’s strategic operational decisions, forged numerous key alliances, and earned recognition as one of the medical claims management industry’s foremost thought leaders. Prior to his role as President, he managed all operations, including network operations, information technology, medical management, professional review, medical bill review and business development. Mr. Goldstein completed his formal Business Administration education at Rowan University.

Rob Gelb
Executive Vice President of Business Development
ReadClose Biography

Rob Gelb joined Medlogix in April 2018 as Executive Vice President of Business Development.  In this role, Rob is responsible for leading the company’s strategic business development initiatives in the areas of Sales, Client Services and Marketing.

Rob brings over 25 years of industry experience where he has served in a variety of senior leadership and executive roles. He is a well-regarded thought leader in both the property and casualty insurance and medical claims management industries and has excelled at leading and revitalizing business development and customer retention results.

Mr. Gelb is a graduate of Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and met his wife, Karen. Both Rob and Karen are CPA’s and have been married since 1990. They live in Chicago today, and have two amazing children, Rachel, 23 and Jared, 22.

Mark Hepperlen
SVP and Director of Operations

Mark Hepperlen spearheads the operations for Medlogix®’s medical claims management services, including network operations, medical management, professional review, arbitration/litigation support and medical bill review. He brings an extensive background in medical claims operations to this position, including significant experience promoting, organizing and selling medical claims management services both regionally and nationally. Since joining Medlogix® in 2014, he has managed several key areas in the company and made contributions that measurably enhanced Medlogix®’s product, quality and service outcomes. Prior to joining Medlogix®, Mr. Hepperlen served in business development and operational roles for managed care companies for nearly 15 years. When he joined Medlogix® in 2014 as vice president of professional review services, he quickly began improving the department’s performance, advancing its professional review network development, compliance and quality control to achieve the highest level of efficiency and satisfaction.

Stan Tomasevich
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
ReadClose Biography

Stan Tomasevich is the original architect and developer of MyMedlogix, the company’s proprietary medical claims management software. Previously, he was manager of software development and lead architect of several nationally recognized records management and indexing systems. Currently, Mr. Tomasevich oversees the continuing evolution of MyMedlogix as well as the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology department. Mr. Tomasevich is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in computer science.

Cara Ianniello
Senior Vice President, Network Operations

Cara Ianniello is responsible for the company’s PPO network development, provider credentialing, provider and facility contract negotiations, PPO data integrity and PPO provider retention. Additionally, she establishes strong relationships in the provider community by providing exemplary service, developing educational programs and promoting brand awareness to over 140,000 provider locations throughout the Northeast. Ms. Ianniello is a graduate of St. John’s University, Queens, NY and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration.

Dan Doyle
Chief Financial Officer
ReadClose Biography

Dan Doyle joined Medlogix in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years’ experience in the role at several other technology- enabled, private equity backed companies (the Neat Company, PSC Info Group and JSP International Group, LTD). Dan has extensive experience in Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Funding. Dan began his career as an auditor and CPA at Ernst & Young, and is a graduate of Fordham University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Missy Pudimott
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Missy Pudimott is responsible for the development and retention of Medlogix®’s strategic client business partners, ensuring that all products, services and workflows meet and exceed client expectation and are contract compliant. Additionally, she seeks out new product partnering opportunities that meet the company’s corporate objectives and manages all PR and Marketing efforts on behalf of the company. Previously, Ms. Pudimott served Medlogix® and CHN for over 20 years in various roles including Vice President, Client Services and Vice President, Public Relations and Marketing.

Patrick Tamez
Professional Review Services
ReadClose Biography

Patrick Tamez joined Medlogix® in June 2017 as the Vice President, Professional Review Services. In this role, Mr. Tamez is responsible for the oversight and management of the following Medlogix® services: Medical Director Reviews, Independent Medical Exams and Peer Reviews. He brings an extensive background in Insurance Claims Management.

Prior to joining Medlogix®, Mr. Tamez served the Auto Insurance industry for many years with roles such as Claims Team Manager and Senior Claims Resolution Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance where he oversaw and handled medical claims for numerous Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payments states. Mr. Tamez was also a Field Operations Manager at McNelis Investigative Services, Inc. where he investigated potentially fraudulent Workers’ Compensation, Disability and Liability cases.

Mr. Tamez is a graduate of Western New England University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration

William P. Anthony
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Anthony oversees compliance; case management, utilization management and quality management programs; the professional staff’s quality of work; and ensures the company’s case management practices are based on sound medical protocols. Dr. Anthony is a graduate of Cornell University and the State University of NY at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds medical licensures in PA and NJ. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine.

Jennifer Goldstein
Vice President, Communication Services

Jennifer Goldstein oversees the operations of the Customer Service/Intake team as well as the Mail/Fax/File department for the organization. Ms. Goldstein has been with Medlogix®/CHN since 1995 and has previously held positions within the Client Service Department, most recently as a Senior Account Manager. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration.

Maria Longworth
Senior Vice President, Medical Case Management Services

Maria Longworth manages telephonic and field case management services as well as precertification for automobile, workers’ compensation and group health. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for both diploma and baccalaureate nursing programs. She also holds certifications in case management, utilization management and rehabilitation nursing. In addition, she holds a business administration degree from Burlington County College.

Steve Armenti

Steve Armenti manages product development, business development and expansion into new markets. Previously, Mr. Armenti held various positions at the company, including network development and senior account manager. Prior to joining Medlogix®, Mr. Armenti was a manager at LifeCare Behavioral Health. He also held positions at Multi Plan, Inc. of New York. His career began at Human Affairs International, a division of Aetna Health Plans. Mr. Armenti holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University.

Nicole Bianchi
Senior Vice President, Medical Bill Review Services

Nicole Bianchi joined Medlogix® in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Medical Bill Review Services. In this role, Ms. Bianchi is responsible for leading the company’s Medical Bill Review Services division which includes; Medical Bill Review, Medical Bill Audit and Code Review. She is an accomplished Claims Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance arena.

Throughout her career, Nicole has held multiple managerial and director roles for some of the top insurance carriers in the industry with a strong focus on process and the overall customer experience. Her results have led her to a more consultative approach over the last 6 years where she served as a Strategic Executive for National Accounts in the Managed Care and PBM space.

Nicole is a graduate of Le Moyne College, Syracuse, NY and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Communications.

Michael A. Morrone

Upon the completion in 2017 of the company’s investment relationship with Excellere Partners, Denver, Co. Mr. Morrone took his over 40 years of experience in the P&C Medical Management and healthcare industry to assist Excellere Partners in seeking out strategic acquisitions and partnerships that align with Medlogix®’s vision and business model. Previously, Mr. Morrone served as the Company’s CEO, driving its market-leading product innovation and strategic development for 35 years. Prior to founding CSG, now Medlogix®, he worked with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Rehabilitation Hospital as a rehabilitation specialist in the chronic pain and cognitive remediation programs. He holds undergraduate degrees in business and psychology as well as graduate study from Temple University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
