July 9, 2012-CHN PPO Announces Partnership with Robert Wood Johnson Health System

Hamilton, NJ (July 9, 2012) Consumer Health Network PPO (CHN PPO), a URAC-accredited network of over 125,000 health care providers, today announced an expanded partnership with Robert Wood Johnson hospitals and occupational health services. Under a new agreement, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway and RWJ Hamilton Occupational and Corporate Health will join the CHN PPO Network, which already includes the system’s flagship hospital in New Brunswick. CHN PPO is a division of Consolidated Services Group (CSG), a technology-driven, clinically-based medical claims management provider.

This new partnership is expected to significantly strengthen CHN PPO’s specialized provider network, which is focused on delivering the highest quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for people injured in automobile and workplace accidents.

Each provider in CHN’s network undergoes a rigorous credentialing process, including a re-credentialing process every three years in accordance with URAC standards. Specialties include primary care, occupational medicine, orthopedics, physical therapy, and surgery in hospitals, trauma centers and urgent care facilities throughout the Northeastern United States. CHN also offers health care services nationwide through a network of PPO affiliates.

“CHN PPO highly values our affiliation with Robert Wood Johnson Health System and we are pleased to broaden our partnership to include these exceptional medical facilities and health care providers,” said Michael A. Morrone, CSG founder and president. “Adding providers specifically skilled in diagnosing and treating workplace injuries will support our continued expansion in the national workers’ compensation marketplace.”

For Robert Wood Johnson Health System, the partnership will provide access to the growing list of workers’ compensation, group health and automobile policyholders served by the CHN PPO network.

“As the premier health system serving Central New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson continually seeks partnerships that expand our ability to serve the communities in the region,” says Nancy Adams-Kenny, director of occupational and corporate health at RWJ Hamilton. “We are pleased to partner with this highly accredited provider network, and look forward to delivering outstanding value to Consumer Health Network PPO and their clients.”
