Chad Gross joined Medlogix in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer, where he leads the development, deployment and execution of the company’s business operations strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies.
Chad is a highly-regarded operations and technology solutions expert with a proven track record for developing innovative business strategies and client-focused solutions. His impressive career spans over 25 years where he served in various executive leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Chad has advised a number Fortune 500 Insurance and Healthcare Information Technology companies on business development, automation and business process reengineering strategies. Previous employers include Examination Management Services, Inc., Fiserv, Benesight, Inc. and United Healthcare.
Chad graduated with honors from Concordia University, Saint Paul, MN, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology Management, and also completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard University.
