Through our proprietary CHN PPO network, our team develops custom network panels on behalf of our customers.  Panels are tailored by geographic region and include providers who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries.

Specialties include but are not limited to Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics, Physical Therapists, Surgeons, Urgent Care facilities, Hospitals, and designated Trauma Centers.

All providers must go through CHN’s rigorous credentialing process to become part of the network and are re-credentialed every three years in accordance with URAC standards.  Provider Panels are jointly created by our PPO team in conjunction with our clinical staff of Physicians and Nurses. Selected providers have proven to provide the best care and results for the types of work-related injuries our clients are experiencing.
